Kevin left school at 13 and started tattooing students. At 21, he owned a tattoo shop, later winning awards and magazine features. He tattooed bands and X Factor contestants.

Kevin also has a TV career, working with networks as a tattoo expert. He will share his TV experience and wants to work on TV shows again.

He envisions a reality show there, helping people change their lives on camera. The new tenant could join this project.
