Hey! Sidmouth College students are doing cool art. It’s called the CODEX Project. They explore identity and feeling good.

They worked with Sidmouth School of Art. Students tried digital and old-school art methods. Now, their amazing artworks are all over town. Their art is in Wallspace and phone box museums.

Arts Council England noticed their work. They shared it on Instagram! The project takes inspiration from an artist called Bob & Roberta Smith.

Students think about their lives through art. They use printing, photos, and other techniques. It’s part of a bigger thing called Sidmouth Makes Art.

The art school wants to grow the project. They want more students and teachers to join. This would include people across Devon.

The school headteacher is really happy. She says students used creativity for important topics. She is proud their art is displayed publicly.

The Ted Wragg Trust runs the school. Their CEO said art lets young people speak out. She’s excited about the art school collaboration. She hopes it inspires more young people.
