Tyne and Wear: The February Premium Bond winners have been announced. While no one became a millionaire, there are still great prizes to be won.
Andrew Westhead, the NS&I retail director, shared that Premium Bonds are very popular. They are backed by a 100% Government guarantee. In January 2025, over 5.8 million tax-free prizes worth more than £431 million were available.

Premium Bonds are an investment from NS&I. They can earn you interest or dividends. When you buy these bonds, you automatically enter a monthly draw for a chance to win tax-free prizes from £25,000 to £1 million.
