Newcastle: Police have released an image of a man involved in an incident at a takeaway. A worker was punched, and a scooter was thrown at the window.

This happened on December 26, around 9:35 PM, at Toon Takeaway on Cloth Market. The man was kicked out after arguing with a woman. He then punched a male staff member.

After the punch, he threw an electric scooter, damaging the window before leaving. Police are investigating the assault and the damage.

Officers are following leads and hope the released image helps. They want to talk to the man in the photo, as he might have useful information.
