Kabin Crew needs your votes for ‘The Spark’ to win Irish Song of the Year 2024, competing against big names like Hozier and Cian Ducrot.
Voting is open now until February 16. You can vote once a day on the RTÉ site. Winning this title would be huge for the young group. They’ve already had an amazing year, playing big gigs and even getting a Grammy longlist nod.
“The Spark” went viral last summer, racking up over two billion plays on social media. Celebrities and bands have shared it too, which is pretty cool.
The competition is tough, but Kabin Crew has a solid shot. The winners will be announced live on March 6, and you can catch it on 2FM.
Don’t forget, they’ve got other great tracks too, including a fun rap for their RTÉ Christmas special. The music video even features Santa delivering presents in Knocka, with some of the kids’ parents joining in on the rapping. It’s a must-watch!
