Kai Clements, 29, committed assault and used threatening behavior in Bideford on June 18, 2024. He pleaded guilty and received a suspended sentence along with the requirement to pay compensation.

Daniel Brennan, 36, drove drunk on December 17, 2024, on the A39 near Dean Steep. He pleaded guilty, was disqualified from driving for 18 months, and received a fine. David Lake, 73, also drove drunk on December 17, 2024, on the B3227 near South Molton. He pleaded guilty, was disqualified for 18 months, and fined.

Martin Tucker, 38, drove drunk in Parracombe on December 19, 2024. After pleading guilty, he received a 17-month driving ban and a fine. Tristan Luker, 25, was caught drink driving in Bideford on December 20, 2024 and admitted his guilt, resulting in a 12-month driving ban and a fine.

Freddie Tanton, 18, drove drunk at Sticklepath on December 21, 2024. He pleaded guilty and was disqualified for 17 months, in addition to receiving a fine. Ronnie Ellaway, 42, also drove drunk in Barnstaple on December 20, 2024. He pleaded guilty and was disqualified for 22 months.

Michael Gilbert, 47, drove under the influence of drugs near Exmouth on April 29, 2024. He pleaded guilty and received a community order, rehab, unpaid work, and a 16-month disqualification.

Daniel Geen, 19, damaged windows and a TV in Tiverton on July 30, 2024. He pleaded guilty and received a community order, a requirement to stay sober, and must pay compensation.

Jordan Somerton, 30, was drunk and disorderly in Exeter on October 22, 2024. After pleading guilty, he received a conditional discharge.

Andrew Selwood, 24, faced a dog destruction order for his dog “Shiyla,” a perceived Pit Bull Terrier. The court ordered Shiyla’s destruction unless an appeal occurs within 21 days; the dog will not be destroyed during the appeal period.

Robert Burke, 37, used abusive language causing distress to a male near Cranbrook on July 28, 2024. He pleaded guilty and received a community order, rehab, and unpaid work.

Daniel Brain, 30, drove under the influence of drugs on the M5 near Bridgwater on March 17, 2024. He pleaded guilty and was disqualified for 14 months, also receiving a fine.

Billy Tucker, 38, used threatening behavior in Exeter on November 17, 2024. He pleaded guilty and received a fine. Neil Vernon, 48, damaged a kitchen window in Okehampton on September 22, 2024, pleaded guilty, and was fined.

Harry Smith, 20, faced a sexual risk order application. The court issued a five-year order prohibiting him from contacting girls under 18, including any communication.

Richard Law, 67, is accused of murdering Judith Law on January 17, 2025, in Newton Poppleford. He has not entered a plea yet, and his case moved to Exeter Crown Court.

Jac Gouldsbrough, 32, committed assault and theft, assaulting two males in Exeter on August 31, 2024, and stealing alcohol in Tiverton on December 26, 2024. He pleaded guilty and was jailed.

Kevin Mackintosh, 51, drove drunk near Kingskerswell on January 6, 2025. He pleaded guilty and was disqualified for 19 months and fined.

Tyrone Richards, 37, committed assault and theft, assaulting two males and shoplifting in Torquay on November 16, 2024. He pleaded guilty, was jailed, and must pay compensation.
