Northumbria Police seek help identifying a man linked to a hate crime in Sunderland City Centre
This happened on October 8, around 2 PM. The man got off a bus on Fawcett Street after a disagreement with the driver. He then racially abused a passerby.
He also made some offensive hand gestures before walking away. The police are treating this as a hate crime and are actively investigating.
